Senior and Executive Chefs

This division covers all Senior Chef vacancies Internationally; Development Chefs, Sous Chefs to Executive Chefs, Group Executive Chefs and Unit Chef Managers.

Junior Chefs and Pastry Chefs

We provide all levels of Junior Chefs including Chef de Parties,Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, as well as all levels of Pastry Chefs from Commis to Executive Pastry Chef.

Management: Catering and Hospitality

This division covers all Management and Supervisory roles including Conference and Banqueting Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Food and Beverage Managers, Front Office Managers, General Managers, Hotel Receptionists, Human Resources Managers and many more skill sectors...

This division works closely with other divisions, so we maximise our full candidate database which enables us to offer clients a wider choice.

Reliefs and Temporary Services: Chefs - Managers

Relief Chefs and Managers of all levels to cover any department required, whether it's for holidays, sickness, increased workload or staff departure to cover until you find a permanent replacement.

We do not charge on hours worked, all you need to do is pay the agreed booking fee and you pay the worker direct, whether on your payroll or on a self employed basis (which they will invoice you for).

We also provide a service, whereby you can pay per hour if you wish the worker to be on our payroll, this would be processed via our sister company Classic Temps.

Using our Relief and Temporary Services is simple; one call will ensure that your booking will be arranged in a professional and effective manner.

All bookings are documented and copies sent to our accounts, to guarantee that all processing is correct.

Our Nationwide coverage includes 3/4/5 Star Hotels, AA Rosette Restaurants, Branded and Independent Restaurants, Contract Caterers, Country House Hotels, Event Caterers, Gastro Pubs, Hospitals, Michelin Star Restaurants, Private Members Clubs and Sports Stadiums.
